It's now launched

Hi! This is Ran.

The kickstarter is now launched. Melinda got really into snow shoveling and cleaning the snow off her car so she could run to work. So she might have forgotten to hit the launch button.

Unfortunately, you can't schedule a kickstarter to launch itself.

But I'm a hero in training. So when 9:30 am rolled around and I was pretty sure she's at work now, I figured I should hit the button for her.

So it's now live. Sorry for any confusion!

It was only supposed to be an inch of snow but around 3 inches actually fell with a layer of ice under it. So Melinda had a lot of scraping to do to get her windshield clear. Such is life in winter in NY.

Why didn't I go outside and help her?

I guess I could have but someone had to watch the launch button. What if launched on its own?

What if some nefarious character grabbed the button and walked off with it?

It could have happened. But it didn't because I guarded it in my scribe's nice warm apartment while she battled the snow.
