“Do you really need permission though?” Sovvan stopped not even halfway to Nolo, and her question caught Sarn off guard. Did he need permission?
“I don’t know. I came to the joust as a spectator, so I didn’t work the event.” Sarn tried to recall the last time he attended an event, but he couldn’t think of a similar set of circumstances.
